Images of the future by children.

          It is often stated that our children are our future. Perhaps it is more accurate to say the we are our children’s future. That is, that the values we hold and the actions we take create the legacy that we will ultimately leave to our children. It is interesting to see the many ways that children view their future or the long-term future of our world. Sometimes it is not too pleasant to see the visions they may have, but there are those who keep an optimistic eye on the horizon. These images you see here are visions of the future made by children. They were given little or no guidance in the creating of what you see. They were only told to draw what they think or would like the future to look like. Some focus on the technology while others focus on the natural environment. What kind of future can you envision? What kind of world do you believe we should work towards?
