Question #3
"What one change in the world future do you want to leave for the children?"
SS:
I’d love to leave the children a world that is ecologically and socially rich, if not richer, than the one we live in today, yet ecologically and economically sustainable. This would require a host of changes in our current society.
NS:
Minimizing global warming. We can make a difference now, but not if we keep putting it off.
AU:
Again, another hard choice to make. I think one word sums up many concepts, and that would be “HARMONIZATION”. Harmonization of thoughts, beliefs, unity in creating peace, harmonizing to help those who need it, harmonization of science and philosophy.
A:
Stop making new weapons
DB:
Peace!
MG:
Well, I’d like to see people understanding more of the creative process and knowing that IF they find whatever it is that is creative for them whether it’s being a plumber or a doctor, or musician it really doesn’t matter. If people could find what their passion is and they creatively work on that on a continual basis for the most part everything else will fall into place. Unfortunately, a large percentage of the planet are not doing what they want to be doing. So consequently, how can you have any joy? Obviously we all have to survive, but it doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice what you love. They can go hand in hand. For sure this won’t happen to everyone immediately, but the more people that follow their true desires, the more contagious it will become for others to jump on board.
JF:
Protection and restoration of the environment through social change.
SG:
I want to teach the world to relax. :) Chill a little. Everything escalates faster than our brains can process the consequences. If there was more reflection on outcomes of actions, I feel there would be less needless suffering. Also, that there is hope.
PP:
I would love to leave a cleaner and safer world for
our children. By focusing on common sense solutions
(alternative fuel sources, water purification) we can
ensure the continuation of the planet for infinite
generations.
